Designer, multimedia artist, illustrator, VJ<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

I do art and design<\/b><\/span>. <\/span>I seek for strengths in both fields, and then I melt them<\/u><\/span>. I fuse several aspects of design: typography, illustration, 3d design, contemporary art to create something new; a visual stimulus where the conceptual illustrations portray different thematical specters.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can find \u0160i\u0161ko in virtual worlds on the internet or in dark clubs projecting his images to music. Always ready to materialize his thoughts, ideas, <\/span>\u201ccreating<\/b><\/span> something that isn\u2019t fake, something that is <\/b><\/span>a reflection of you.<\/b><\/i><\/span>\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLife in general\u201d is his main source of inspiration; \u201cdifferent art, other people, your surroundings, events in your life, it\u2019s kind of hard to think about these things in a linear fashion, it is a complex process made of a system of ideas and interests.\u201d For this, he comments on his perception:<\/span><\/p>\n

“Art is subjective, that\u2019s the beauty of it. Sometimes the best is interpreted in many different ways and sparks long discussions and new ideas. When art provokes and makes people think in any kind of way, it\u2019s a good thing, <\/span>straight-forward meaning and symbolism can be boring and predictable.”<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

It is, therefore, not a surprise that he has developed a particular interest in <\/span>Speculative Design. He defined it as a dimension where alternative patterns of thinking are created so we can form different futures to live in.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Inherently, positioned figures in a post-cathartic hypothesis, accelerating the untold meta-narratives of self-discovery. Creative, meticulous, semantic, (<\/span>un<\/i><\/span>)reliable draws of \u201c<\/span>then<\/i><\/span>\u201d which \u201c<\/span>is always rhetorically complicated and can be drenched in nostalgia.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u0160i\u0161ko\u2019s collection represents an innovative <\/span>interconnectedness of present<\/b><\/span>\u2014<\/b><\/span>future time and context within an endless utopia<\/b><\/span>. The disclosure of self-objectivization and objectivization of the subjective. The coming across of intuitive experience and virtual disillusion. The <\/span>metamorphosis of the real into sci-fi, or otherwise<\/b><\/span>. The magic realism of those events left behind, in order to forget, but reinforced when retold. The animated sculptures simulating part of the place where you already have been, and you want to be there again. You don\u2019t know the path, so you let yourself <\/span>be driven by your motives. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
